Dr. Richard VathDr. Richard Vath is a Pulmonologist and the CEO of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, a leading health care system in Louisiana and Mississippi. He practiced 23 years in a large multi-specialty clinic in Baton Rouge, LA before being named Chief Medical Officer for our Lady of the Lake, the largest hospital in Louisiana. He became Senior Physician Executive/Chief Clinical Transformation Officer at the parent system of Our Lady of the Lake and subsequently named CEO in 2019. Dr. Vath graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Alabama. He is married to Linda C. Vath and has three sons, Richard, Michael, and Stephen; and five grandchildren.
