SCHOLZ, Bernard

Bernard ScholzBernhard Scholz, 51 years old, is a management consultant. He was born in Müllheim, Germany. He has a degree in Political Science and Modern History from the Universities of Münster and Freiburg in Breisgau. He graduated with a thesis on “The process of rationalization in Max Weber.” He then worked as a professional journalist and managed the press office of the archdiocese of Freiburg in Breisgau. At the same time he worked on improving his knowledge of public relations, internal communications and organizational culture.  At the end of the nineties he devoted himself specifically to consultancy and managerial training, working for a consultancy company for multinationals with its headquarters in Milan. Since 2003 has been manager of the Scuola d’Impresa della Fondazione per la Sussidiarietà, aimed particularly at small businesses. Since 2006 he has coordinated all the training and management training of this foundation. In 2008 he was elected President of Compagnia delle Opere (The Companionship of Works).

Bernhard Scholz is married and has three children.
