Magdalena Pettey Magdalena Pettey is a devoted wife and mother. Originally from California, she moved to Washington, D.C. after college. Taking a break from her busy career in International Relations, she became a full-time mother. Once the children started high school, Magdalena took on the role of a fitness instructor. Though she was a strong devotee of divine mercy from an early age, she could never imagine how deeply it would affect her family until she lost her son Dominik to a tragic accident. In this year of mercy, we look forward to listening to her share about how she received mercy on the face of an agonizing tragedy.
