Lee Adair LawrenceA freelance writer for more than 20 years, Lee Lawrence writes regularly for the Wall Street Journal, the Christian Science Monitor, and other publications. She often touches on religion, whether in reviews of Asian and Islamic art or such features as religion in the public school.  In collaboration with Terry Nickelson, she made Chaplains Under Fire, her first documentary.  A series of articles that grew out of the project won awards from the Religion Newswriters Association and the American Academy of Religion.
