LANCELLOTTI, Carlo
Carlo Lancellotti was born in Milan, Italy, in 1965. He moved to the US in 1990 to pursue his doctoral degree in Applied Mathematics at the University of Virginia. He is currently a Professor of Mathematics and a member of the graduate faculty in Physics at the City University of New York (College of Staten Island). His field of scholarship is mathematical physics, with a special emphasis on the kinetic theory of plasmas and gravitating systems.
He recently translated into English two collections of essays by Augusto Del Noce, which were published by McGill-Queen's University Press with the titles The Crisis of Modernity and The Age of Secularization.
