The Metro Chamber Orchestra in association with Crossroads Cultural Center presents a concert featuring the music of Mendelssohn, Haydn, Bach and Rheinberger. Featured on this exciting concert is the Communion and Liberation Choir directed by Christopher Vath in Bach's Cantata #29. Highlighting the program will be Dr. Jennifer Pasqual, director of music at St. Patrick's Cathedral playing the beautiful first organ concerto of Josef Rheinberger. Also on the program is music of Mendelssohn, whose bicentennial birth we celebrate this year. Joseph Haydn, who died 200 years ago will be commemorated on this concert and throughout the next year. The concert will be led by Metro Chamber Orchestra Artistic Director, Philip Nuzzo.
